Outreach
The outreach components include:

After Care - Services include aftercare groups, counseling, mentoring, leadership
skills development, community service, and support. Clients who successfully
complete the Transitional Living program can participate in on-going aftercare
services.

Outpatient – The program, targeting clients who need services but have housing,
includes: assessment, substance abuse education / relapse prevention groups,
individual sessions, drug testing, & referral services.
•
Street Outreach – Weekly outreach to the homeless living on the street, under
bridges, and in homeless camps includes hot meals, distribution of personal care
items, canned goods, assessment and referrals. Outreach efforts will be conducted by volunteers, staff and peers
– formerly homeless addicts who are in recovery.
