Executive board member (secretary) and Chair of the education committee for the Missouri Credentialing Board. Representing the northwest region of Missouri.
Providing well over 100 hours of training each year for current and future professionals in the substance use disorder field.
Teach medication awareness recovery specialist (MARS) classes, Ethics, and certified peer specialist (CPS) for the Missouri Credentialing Board.
Previously the Program manager for Comprehensive Mental Health Services, Recovery KC program, and Director of Treatment Services with Dismas House of Kansas City.
A person in long-term recovery. Over 21 years in recovery.

I graduated from King’s College (Wilkes Barre, PA) in 1980 with a BS in Business Administration and immediately started what would be a 35 year career with Hallmark Cards. Originally from Sparta, NJ, I began my career as a salesperson relocating several times across the northeast before arriving in Overland Park, KS in 1991. Over the years my responsibilities grew before retiring in 2015 as Regional Sales Vice President. I am currently a residential real estate agent associated with Better Homes & Gardens – Kansas City Homes. Married for over 41 years, I have two children and 5 grandchildren and currently reside in Olathe, KS. I joined the Benilde Hall board in February, 2020 and currently serve as Chairman of the Board. -

Gary Bachman
Gary Bachman is a professional social worker and Emeritus Professor with Park University where he has served on the faculty as both Director of Social Work Field Education and Program Chair. He earned his bachelor’s in Social Work and Family & Child Development from Kansas State University and his Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. He also completed a National Institute of Health Graduate Fellowship in Interdisciplinary Health Care through the University of Texas -Southwestern Medical School in Dallas Texas.
Prior to joining Park University in 2003, he practiced and taught on the faculty in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Kansas School of Medicine for 17 years. Prior to that he had been Director of Psychiatric Emergency Services for Austin / Travis County Texas. -
Mark Mullinix
Mark is a Kansas City native, graduate of Rockhurst High School and veteran, having served 8 years as a Marine Corps infantry officer prior to joining the Federal Reserve at its Kansas City Bank in 1986. During his Federal Reserve career, he held executive positions as vice president of payments and logistics in Kansas City and Oklahoma City, then as CFO and subsequently as executive vice president over the Federal Reserve's global currency operations at its San Francisco Bank. He concluded his more than three decades of Federal Reserve service as interim president and CEO leading the Richmond Bank. Mark has served on numerous community not-for-profit and academic advisory boards. His post-Federal Reserve work has included board service as an independent director of a NASDAQ-listed firm, advising banking and financial services firms on strategy and new business ventures and, upon returning to his hometown, serving Benilde Hall as a board member. Mark holds bachelors and masters degrees in international relations with an emphasis on international trade, from Kansas and Tufts universities, respectively.
